3. Processing of Lead Data

When you upload lead data to the Service, we process this data on your behalf to provide enrichment and personalization services. This includes: (a) finding missing email addresses using publicly available sources and third-party data providers; (b) enriching company information such as company size, industry, and location; (c) enriching social profile information from professional networks; and (d) generating personalized content based on your templates and lead data.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the legal right to process the lead data you upload, including obtaining necessary consents and complying with applicable data protection laws. We act as a data processor with respect to your lead data and will process it only in accordance with your instructions and this Privacy Policy.

4. Use of AI Services and Subprocessors

We use third-party AI services and data providers to perform enrichment and personalization functions. These services may process your lead data to provide email finding, company enrichment, and content generation capabilities. We carefully select and contractually require these providers to maintain appropriate security measures and data protection standards. A list of our current subprocessors is available upon request.

5. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)

For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), we process your personal data based on the following legal grounds: (a) Contract: Processing necessary to perform our contract with you and provide the Service; (b) Legitimate Interest: Processing for our legitimate business interests, such as improving the Service, preventing fraud, and ensuring security; (c) Consent: Where you have provided explicit consent for specific processing activities; and (d) Legal Obligation:Processing necessary to comply with applicable laws and regulations.
