You create a workflow by selecting a campaign (lead list), configuring enrichment settings (such as finding missing emails or enriching company data), choosing a personalization template, and setting export preferences. Once created, you can run the workflow to process all leads in the campaign according to your settings. Workflows help you streamline your outreach process and ensure consistent data quality.

AI Credits are consumed when you use AI-powered features like enrichment (finding emails, enriching company data), personalization (generating personalized content), and other AI services. Credits are allocated based on your subscription plan. Unused credits typically do not roll over between billing periods, but this may vary by plan. You can purchase additional credits if needed.

Your lead data is stored securely in your account and is only processed according to your instructions. When you use enrichment features, we may access publicly available information and third-party data providers to enhance your lead data (e.g., finding email addresses or enriching company information). We do not share your lead data with third parties except as necessary to provide the Service (e.g., with our enrichment providers) or as required by law. You can export or delete your lead data at any time through your account.

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support at support@clozio.io. When you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period, after which your access will be terminated. You will continue to have access to all features until the end of your billing period. Upon cancellation, you can export your data before your account is closed.

You can export your processed leads as a CSV file. After running a workflow or processing leads manually, you can export the enriched and personalized data. The export includes all lead information, enriched fields, and any personalized content generated. You can also export leads directly from campaign pages. Exported files are downloaded to your device and are not stored on our servers after download.

We offer several enrichment services: (1) Email finding - we search for missing email addresses using publicly available sources and data providers; (2) Company data enrichment - we add information like company size, industry, location, and revenue; (3) Social profile enrichment - we find and add professional social media profiles. These services help you build more complete lead profiles for better targeting and personalization.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the legal right to process the lead data you upload, including obtaining necessary consents under GDPR, CCPA, and other applicable laws. We act as a data processor and process your data according to your instructions. We recommend reviewing our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, and consulting with legal counsel if you have questions about compliance requirements for your specific use case.

Yes, Clozio integrates with most popular CRM systems. You can upload leads directly or sync with your CRM for automatic data flow. Available integrations depend on your plan tier. Enterprise customers get access to custom integrations.
